Neighborhood

Brian Head is Utah's highest incorporated town at 9,800 feet — a small, rustic mountain village set deep in Dixie National Forest. With a permanent population of around 150, it has the feel of a private mountain escape rather than a commercial resort town. Summers stay cool in the 60s and 70s while the valleys below bake; winters bring some of the deepest snow in the American West, averaging over 360 inches annually. The cabin sits on Irish Trail, a quiet residential street named for the Irish-heritage Adams family who ranched this land in the late 1800s — Brian Head's original "Little Ireland." It's tucked among aspens and pines on the east side of town, away from the main highway corridor, but only a 2-minute drive to either ski lodge. The town center along Hwy 143 has local restaurants, Georg's Ski Shop for gear rentals, and the Bristlecone Pond recreation area with fishing, kayaking, pickleball, and a community pavilion. Cedar Breaks National Monument — one of Southern Utah's most stunning and underrated parks — is literally 5 minutes down the road.

Guest Access

Seconds from the Greatest Snow on Earth and spectacular summer mountain biking and hiking in Brian Head Ski and Summer Resort. A short drive to fabulous Southern Utah fishing, 2 majestic National Parks: Zions National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park, and 2 majestic National Monuments: Cedar Breaks National Monument and Grand Staircase Escalante. The activities surrounding you are endless. Be inspired by some of the most beautiful scenery and breathtaking natural wonders.
